Colorado became my home when my late husband Michael along with my two sons moved to
Ft.
Collins
in 1995. I became a Real Estate Broker in 1998 and furthered my Real Estate education by earning my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) the same year. I work both with Buyers & Sellers. I have become experienced in HUD, REO (Bank Owned Properties) and Short Sales for my buyers/investors.
I have recently earned my EcoBroker designation, which doesn't make me an energy or environmental expert, but it allows me to better understand the issues and become a source of information for my clients. I live this designation. I have driven a Prius since 2005 and I have been involved in environmental issues since both my sons, who are now adults, were in Boy Scouts.
A former Technical Recruiter, I bring my customer service manner to my Real Estate profession. I work by the motto: "I put my customer's interest before my own."
